JOHOR BARU: Ranked as top four corporate service providers in the world, Vistra is a group of professionals that provide a wide range of services and corporate solutions across 41 countries. The international company opened its Operations Centre in Iskandar Puteri, which will provide more efficient method in processing corporate services in the region.

Managing Director of Vistra Singapore, Chris Burton said that the centre’s strategic location presents a good balance of cost effectiveness, infrastructure as well as a highly-skilled talent pool which will be beneficial in its ongoing expansion in the ASEAN region.

The office will provide corporate and consultancy services to assist multinational companies setting up operations in Malaysia as well as accelerating Vistra’s growth in the country.

“Malaysia’s economy has recently undergone a transition creating an environment well suited for financial services, attracting investment from multinationals to establish their base here. We envision that our expansion in Malaysia will not only further grow our global footprint, but will also provide another potential market for our clients to tap into,” said Martin Crawford, CEO of Vistra.

The opening of the Operations Centre was officiated by Chief Executive of Iskandar Regional Development Authority, Datuk Ismail Ibrahim. Also present was Zulfiqar Zainuddin, Managing Director of i2M Ventures Sdn. Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad that promotes initiatives under its Global Business Services (GBS) sector in Iskandar Puteri.
