The European Union (EU) Delegation to Malaysia is on a trade mission to Johor starting 17-19 May, led by H. E. Maria Castillo-Fernandez, Ambassador and Head of the EU Delegation to Malaysia and joined by 11 EU Ambassadors in Malaysia.

The three-day mission aims to provide an open platform for dialogue and cooperation between the European Union and the people of Johor, with a special focus on the areas of trade and investment as well as cultural exchanges.

The mission will kick off with a roundtable discussion with key personnel from Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) to hear about developments in the Iskandar Region, followed by a number of site visits to key business developments around Johor including Tanjung Pelepas Terminal and Pengerang.
